Give a Moment to Giving Tuesday

Written by Guest Blogger Katie Woods

On the heels of Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, and Cyber Monday comes Giving Tuesday. For the fourth year, the Tuesday following Thanksgiving Day has been dedicated to kicking off the most giving season of the year. Giving Tuesday celebrates giving and supports businesses and non-profits across the globe.

This spirit of giving closely aligns with Red Sage’s own holiday tradition. Every year, instead of corporate holiday gifts, Red Sage makes a donation to a local non-profit on behalf of our customers. This year, our staff chose three local non-profits and one non-profit organization was nominated by a people’s choice social media contest.

Please take a moment to get to know each of these four non-profits, the impact they make in our community, and the needs that our donation would fulfill:

Hospice of the Valley:

This Giving Tuesday we ask that you give us a moment of your time to help us choose one of these local non-profits to gift this year in our Red Sage Gives Back campaign.

  1. Visit
  2. Watch these non-profits’ amazing videos
  3. Vote for the non-profit of your choice

You may vote once per 24-hour period. Voting ends December 16 at 5pm.

In addition to participating in Red Sage Gives Back, this Giving Tuesday, please consider donating your time, talent, and funds to one of these non-profits.
