Red Sage Gives Back 2020: “The need has never been greater”

Red Sage Gives Back is an annual tradition around here, and we hope it sparks the spirit of giving in you. There are so many ways for you to pitch in to help nonprofits in our community.
Every year during the holidays, instead of giving our awesome clients Christmas gifts, we choose to #GiveBack to community nonprofits on their behalf.
In 2020, the Red Sage Communications team selected both Manna House in Huntsville and the Princess Theatre in Decatur as recipients of a $500 donation.
Unemployment and underemployment have generated tremendous need for many families, and the arts community was been hit particularly hard during COVID-19’s outbreak as social distancing forced cancellations and postponements.
“Each of these organizations brings so much to our community – Manna House meets an ongoing need for essentials like food and diapers. The Princess Theatre is a regional center for arts and entertainment,” Red Sage Vice President of Sales & Marketing Michelle Stark said. “We’re honored to give monetary support on behalf of our clients and hope to inspire other small business to do the same this holiday season.”
The Manna House is a 501(c)3 Public Charity that provides food assistance to those in need. They are supported by contributions from individuals, churches, civic groups, and businesses. While some food is donated and locally grown most is purchased for our distribution programs.
The Princess Theatre has been a landmark for North Alabama for more than a century. They provide a venue for music performances, educational programming and community gathering.
